It’s been a while since I blogged as time seems to be escaping me a lot recently! Although saying that, it hasn’t stopped me from baking!
This sponge, I have posted quickly about (below) I made at the beginning of the month for a friends birthday.
You really can’t go wrong with this classic! Vanilla sponge with loads of raspberry jam and buttercream swirled icing. What more could you ask for?
Littlebit is generally about me and my baking... Like many, I like to bake and it appears I am baking more and more often.
It's like an addiction - a sweet and sticky... sometimes savoury addiction that will one day, no doubt, make me fat (I already have a cake-gut)
