Made this vanilla sponge for a friends birthday. I had a great time experimenting with the icing swirls - I’ve a lot more photos which I will post at a later date.
Next time, I think I may try to cover the whole cake in swirls!
Littlebit is generally about me and my baking... Like many, I like to bake and it appears I am baking more and more often.
