My housemate spotted this recipe in my Paul Hollywood how to bake book.
I can’t resist a lemon drizzle cake so made it over the weekend and I’d say its the best lemon drizzle cake I’ve had.
Light and fluffy with just the right amount of zing.
It’s made with lemon curd in the sponge rather then lemon juice or zest. A definite must try.
